Nashville, TN (June 1, 2015) —– Last night was an exciting evening for newcomer Lauren Daigle, as she stood on the stage at the Grand Ole Opry to accept her first award in an already stellar career. Daigle’s hit single, “How Can It Be,” won Worship Song of the Year at the2015 K-LOVE Awards. Lauren delivered a rousing performance of the award-winning song earlier in the evening before the sold out crowd. Not only was this the first nomination and win for Daigle, but this also marked the same first time honors for her record label, Centricity Music. Daigle was shocked and thrilled with the award-winning evening, and the encouragement she has been receiving from her growing number of fans.

Daigle just finished Big Daddy Weave’s Beautiful Offerings Tour last month and prepares to join the high-profile Outcry Tour 2015 in July. The tour’s lineup includes some of the biggest names in the industry, such as Hillsong United, Jesus Culture, Kari Jobe, Crowder, Passion, among others. The 12-city tour launches July 24th, visiting such major cities as Chicago, Washington DC, New Orleans, Miami, Houston and Nashville. The tour will conclude on August 7th.
Daigle is gearing up for her second single release from her No. 1 debut album, How Can It Be. “First” will be going for radio adds June 19th and the song once again spotlights Daigle’s powerful vocals. The single was co-written by Daigle, producers Paul Mabury and Jason Ingram, Mia Fields and Hank Bentley.
