Gold-Record Artist Partners with Charities for Christmas Gift Box
Recognized on Two Forbes “30 Under 30” Lists
NASHVILLE, TN. (Nov. 15) One year after its release, Grammy-nominated artist Lauren Daigle’s 2016 holiday album Behold: A Christmas Collection is currentlythe number one album on Billboard’s current Contemporary Christian Chart.
Crafted as a jazz collection of Christmas classics, along with Daigle’s original “Light of the World,” Behold reflects the sounds of New Orleans, the 7-time Dove Winner’s hometown. Produced by Paul Mabury and Jason Ingram (How Can It Be), it’s Daigle’s first Christmas album and her second album to reach Number 1 on Billboard’s Top Christian Albums Chart, following How Can It Be, her Certified-Gold debut. Behold has sold over 102,000 albums to date and topped iTunes’ Christian Albums chart last year. The 10-track record is available on iTunes and streaming services; it features Daigle’s current Christmas single “O Holy Night,” which can be heard at radio.
She was recently honored on Forbes’ “30 Under 30” Music and Celebrities lists, which recognize acclaimed artists and public figures who are impacting culture through their work and platforms.
For this holiday season, Daigle has also released a special line of products through her online store in support of charities with whom she has partnered.
